Rosita Adella Alires Obituary

Rosita Adella Alires, born on March 11, 1969, was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this earth and gained her angel wings on January 26, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the age of 56. She was surrounded by loved ones as she made her transition.

Known affectionately as "Rosie," she was known to light up the room with her contagious smile and generous heart. Rosita brought warmth and light to every space she entered. She will be remembered for her vibrant spirit and magnetic energy. Those who had the privilege of knowing her will forever carry a lasting impression. Whether it was her smile, her laugh, or a comforting word, she had a way of making people feel seen and valued.

Rosita found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved barbecues-gathering with others over good food and laughter was one of her favorite ways to spend time. The mountains often called to her; she cherished escaping the city to breathe in the fresh air and take in the peaceful scenery. A devoted football fan, Rosita cheered passionately for her Dallas Cowboys. Social by nature, she enjoyed meeting new people and thrived in gatherings where stories were shared and connections were made. Her faith was an important part of her life. Rosita recognized Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and attended Catholic Mass regularly. She honored traditions such as giving things up for Lent with sincerity and devotion.

Rosie was born to Roy Alires and Margaret Castro. She had six siblings: Angel Alires (Deceased), Anna Alires, Tiffany Alires, Roger Alires, Joe Manuel Alires (Deceased), and Christine Alires. Rosie had three sons whom she adored: Anthony Alires, Dimitrio Trujillo, and JoeRay Trujillo. She loved being a grandmother to Dominiq, Aliyana, Nizhoni, Niviana, Romeo, Jayden, Sophia, and little Viollette Rose on the way.

Rosita's presence radiated comfort and joy. Her memory will live on in our hearts, each soul carrying a spark of the love and light she so freely gave. We love you dearly, Rosie.
