Obituary of William L Sullivan

Please share a memory of William to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
William "Billy" L Sullivan passed away September 11, 2016, due to the effects of ongoing health complications. Bill lived LARGER THAN LIFE. He was a caring, selfless individual, with a heart of gold who always saw the potential in others to reach their highest goals. Bill's sense of humor was beyond compare and you never wanted to call his bluff. At age 18, Bill joined the U.S. Army Reserve and graduated to the 19th Special Forces Group. He tackled every challenge in his life with the moto: Plan, Execute & Destroy! He was an all-American boy, proud to serve his country. Bill married his "Huggie Bear" Melissa Dawn Clegg on May 12, 2006 overlooking the Salt Lake Valley. Together they created everlasting memories: traveling, skiing, scuba diving and more. Bill is survived by his wife Melissa Clegg-Sullivan; parents: Elizabeth (Roberto) Csere, and Dennis Sullivan; siblings: Sheridan, and Kingsley (JaKell); and Chad (Emily) Pulsipher who Bill always claimed as his brother. He loved all his stepsiblings: Lauren, Justin, and Brandon (Lacy); and his nieces & nephews. A memorial for Bill will be held on September 19, 2016 12pm-3pm for his family and close friends. Please join us to celebrate his life and share favorite memories of Bill, at the Salt Lake Culinary Center, 2233 South 300 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84115.
