Certified Copies of Death Certificate

First copy - $30
each additional copy - $10

Private Family ID Visitation - $150 & up

Visitation to identify deceased prior to cremation, up to 10 people. Minimal preparation of deceased. (Embalming, dressing and rental caskets are additional.)

  • Per 30 minutes during business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm - $150
  • Per 30 minutes after normal business hours - $200

Witnessed Cremation - $200

Witness cremation container enter crematory.

Shipping

Cremated remains shipped out-of-state by via USPS Express mail - $185

Obituary

Obituary Charges are billed to the family by the newspaper. We will be glad to assist you in posting an obituary. Submissions for The Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News can be sent electronically online.
