Levi Martinez, 58, passed away April 15, 2022 in Salt Lake City.
Born August 17, 1963 in Ogden, Utah, son of Esequiel Martinez and Labradita Serrano Martinez.
Levi is survived by children; Levi Jr Martinez, Ritchie Martinez, and Teressa Martinez. Siblings; Pat Torres, Jane Duran, Junior Martinez, Rebecca Martinez and Paul Martinez. Preceded in death by parents and siblings; Sally Martinez, David Martinez, and Lela Martinez.
Burial will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022, 1:00 pm at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Luncheon to follow at 990 West Carlisle Park Ln, South Salt Lake (Jane's Clubhouse)
