She was preceded in death by her granddaughter Tennille Stevenson, Son-in-Law Dan Stevenson, her husband Ed and her parents. Colleen retired from Karman Kitchens in 1997 after 30 years of employment. Colleen and Ed enjoyed traveling and going to see friends and family who lived outside of Utah. She was very fond of her neighbor Joleen Robinson. She has been a great friend and neighbor for 17 years. Don and Madalyn Robinson were also great friends and neighbors. She enjoyed baking for her friends, neighbors and the great grandchildren. She enjoyed her flower garden and taking care of her house plants. One plant is over 30 years old, a Hoya, it has been blooming for the last month. She is fondly known as "Miss Daisy" by her immediate family. Her daughter, Vickie was often her chauffeur and they chuckled about "Driving Miss Daisy" around town! She was a huge Utah Jazz fan! She knew their schedule and watched all the games she could on television. She also knew a lot about other NBA teams. Basketball was her favorite sport! She also enjoyed watching In the Kitchen with David on QVC, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on the Food Network and HGTV. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the near future.
