Obituary of Stella Elizabeth Danel Mitchell

Stella E. Mitchell, 70, of SLC passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 at St. Marks Hospital, She was surrounded by her loving family. Stella was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother, sister, daughter, friend. She was born in the Mojave desert, CA. She was the daughter to Derrel Danel Sr. And Elizabeth Ann Collier Danel. Stella was in the nursing home industry for her whole career. Her passion and love for making anyone in her presence feel loved and comfortable will be missed so much. She had a beautiful laugh and voice that will be remembered and missed deeply. She loved her Pepsi soda, Good n Plenty and any crime tv show. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her family. She had a way of making everyone around her laugh and smile. She could brighten anyone’s day with her sweet and funny personality. She will be deeply missed, but she is reunited with her love Bruce, her parents and her brother Derrel Jr. Survivors: Son, Mike (Karlie) Brown; Daughter, Stephanie (Brandon); Daughter, Brandi (Ralph) Trujillo; Daughter, Krystal Mitchell; Grandkids, Kylee, Kyson, Khloie, Kamdyn, Isiah, Makayla, Zavian. Siblings,Dee Ann Danel-Oneal and David. Services: A celebration of Stella life will be held at later date.
