Joann Groves Ondrak, 92, of West Valley City passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 26, 2024. Joann is survived by her spouse of 69 years, Verlin Lee Ondrak of West Valley City, Sons Keven (Jodi) Ondrak of Camden South Carolina, Kyle Ondrak of West Valley City, daughter Tami Ondrak Sablan of West Valley City, and many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. She is predeceased by Bambi Ondrak of West Valley City.
There will not be services at this time.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Alzheimer's Foundation. Joann will be encased in the vault at the Utah Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
