Verlin passed away peacefully at home in West Valley City, Utah. He is predeceased by his spouse Joann G Ondrak, and daughter Bambi Ondrak. He is survived by sons Keven (Jodi) Ondrak of South Carolina, Kyle Ondrak of West Valley City Utah, daughter Tami Sablan of West Valley City Utah, grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
