Ralph E. Jones, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2024, at the age of 74. Known affectionately as "Ralphie" to his closest friends and "Papa" to his grandchildren, Ralph was a man of warmth, humor, and unwavering kindness.

A true family man, Ralph cherished his loved ones deeply. He was always ready with a helping hand, a good joke, or a bit of sage advice. His love for his family extended to his many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who he adored.

Ralph's passions were many. He was an avid poker player, NASCAR lover and diehard Minnesota Vikings and The University of Utah Utes fan, and he enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, such as camping, fishing, and tending to his home. A connoisseur of music, he had a soft spot for rock and country.

Ralph's professional life was marked by dedication and hard work. He attended Ogden High School and earned a degree in Steel Layout and Drafting from Salt Lake Community College. He spent many years at Reliance Steel, retiring in 2012.

Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne; his sons, Tim Jones, Jess Jones, Lucas Jones, Dustin (Stephanie) Jones, and Jason (Kamaile) Harris; and his sisters, Tamara, Verla, JoAnn, and Raelyn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Eva "Faye" Jones, and by seven brothers and three sisters.

A private memorial service for his wife and children will be held. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
